Retreats
All of our Retreats introduce and develop mindfulness and meditation practice, where we balance introspection with outward looking perspectives, connecting with others and restoring our energies.
Through meditation and being in nature we increase our awareness of what it means to be human.
We learn about ourselves, our emotions, our thinking and behaviour more deeply and to achieve this a place of security, calmness and predictability is required.
We aim to provide this in the context of comfortable surroundings, great Hotels and Refuges and some special food and people.
On each Retreat the learnings are down-to-earth and practical so that you will acquire a set of take-home skills to apply in your daily lives and deepen into yourself. There are always teachers on hand to support guests individually. We aim to keep the Retreats light, fun and as much outdoor time as weather allows. In all our Retreats we keep an intention to Balance, Restore and Connect:

- Restore your view of your own potential and move beyond seeing only your limitations.
- Connect with other people to explore together the skills of inner awareness and share some of the insights which arise from this clarity.
