Mindful Mountains was founded by John Arnold in 2016 after he completed three years of study into Buddhist mindfulness and meditation, culminating in a MSc in Mindfulness Studies at Aberdeen University.
He now combines a unique blend of knowledge and experience in coaching alpine skiing and teaching mindfulness to provide new forms of learning experiences in skiing and in mindfulness.
Whatever the season, we aim to create experiences which have positive benefits in physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing. Moving through the mountains with companionship, your time with us will often feel like a journey, more than just the physical activity.
